How to Request Account Deletion:
- Submit a Request: To delete your account, please fill out the form here or contact us directly at support@habitbox.app.
- Verification: For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before proceeding with the account deletion process.
- Processing Time: Once your request is submitted, we will process it within 30 days. During this time, you may still access your account, but no new data will be collected.
- Permanent Deletion: After processing, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
Important Information:
- Deleting your account will permanently erase all your data, including profile information, saved preferences, etc.
- Any active subscriptions or pending transactions associated with your account will be canceled.
- If you wish to continue using our services in the future, you will need to create a new account.
