ScreenSnap Pro includes aspect ratio presets for common use cases. Choose from ratios like 16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 9:16, and more to match the requirements of different platforms — social media posts, presentations, app store screenshots, and more.

When you select a ratio, the background and padding automatically adjust to fit your screenshot into the chosen aspect ratio. The screenshot content itself is not cropped or stretched — instead, the surrounding background fills the remaining space.

Enter a custom width and height to define your own aspect ratio. This is useful when you need to match a specific dimension requirement, such as a banner ad size or a custom presentation slide format.

After capturing or editing a screenshot, click the upload button in the preview window to upload to ScreenSnap Cloud. The shareable link is automatically copied to your clipboard and a system notification confirms the upload — just paste the link anywhere to share.

Enable auto-upload in Settings to automatically upload every capture to ScreenSnap Cloud without clicking the upload button manually. Auto-upload requires cloud upload to be enabled and an active license.

Shared links are permanent and remain accessible until you delete the upload. To remove a shared link, select the upload in the Cloud Gallery and delete it — this permanently removes both the file and its share link.

Share Link

Control the size of the drop shadow behind your screenshot. A larger shadow adds more depth and makes the screenshot stand out against the background. Adjust the shadow size slider in the properties panel to find the right balance.

Adjust the intensity (opacity) of the shadow to control how subtle or dramatic it appears. A low intensity creates a soft, barely visible shadow, while a high intensity produces a bold, pronounced effect.

Inline space controls the gap between the screenshot content and its outer frame. Increase inline space to give your screenshot more breathing room within the styled frame.

Adjust the padding around your screenshot to control how much background is visible. Use the padding slider to add equal spacing on all sides. More padding shows more of the background, giving your screenshot a polished, framed look.

Add rounded corners to your screenshot frame. Adjust the corner radius slider to go from sharp edges to fully rounded corners. Rounded corners give screenshots a modern, polished appearance.
