The Cloud Gallery shows all your uploaded screenshots, videos, and GIFs in a paginated grid. Filter by type (Image, Video, GIF) to quickly find what you need. Each upload shows a thumbnail preview, type badge, and time since upload.

Double-click any upload to preview it in a lightbox. Use keyboard navigation — arrow keys to browse, spacebar to preview, Enter to open in browser. Select one or multiple uploads to copy their share links or delete them in bulk.

Download a cloud image and open it directly in the screenshot editor for further annotation and styling. This option is available for image uploads only (not videos).

Download cloud images and convert them to a different format. Supported export formats include PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, TIFF, and PDF. Files are saved to your Downloads folder.

Cloud Gallery

Screenshots are automatically exported to a preselected folder on your Mac. You can change the default save location in Preferences > Export > Save Destination. Choose any folder on your system.

Press `Cmd + C` in the editor to copy the styled screenshot to your clipboard. Paste it directly into Slack, Notion, email, or any application. The pasted image includes all backgrounds, annotations, and effects.

Customize how saved screenshot files are named using the File Name Pattern setting in Preferences > Export. Use tokens to build your own naming format:

Export Options

After capturing or editing a screenshot, click the upload button in the preview window to upload to ScreenSnap Cloud. The shareable link is automatically copied to your clipboard and a system notification confirms the upload — just paste the link anywhere to share.

Enable auto-upload in Settings to automatically upload every capture to ScreenSnap Cloud without clicking the upload button manually. Auto-upload requires cloud upload to be enabled and an active license.

Shared links are permanent and remain accessible until you delete the upload. To remove a shared link, select the upload in the Cloud Gallery and delete it — this permanently removes both the file and its share link.
